How we work
A three-phase engagement model designed to de-risk transformation projects and produce something measurable inside the first 90 days.
Map the terrain before changing it
Two to four weeks of stakeholder interviews, system inventory, cost-and-risk analysis, and architecture review. You receive a written assessment of where you are, what is blocking you, and the two or three highest-leverage moves to make next — with honest opinions on what we recommend you do not do. No vendor lock-in, no obligation to continue.
Design the smallest valuable change
Target architecture, migration sequence, success metrics, and a week-by-week delivery plan with clearly defined go / no-go gates. We size the work into thin vertical slices so the first production value lands inside 30 days, not 12 months. Every plan is reviewed with your engineering leadership before any code is written.
Ship, integrate, and hand over
Implementation in production, integrated with your existing systems and observability. We pair with your team throughout, so by the end of the engagement they own the system end-to-end — with documentation, runbooks, and the architectural rationale for every non-obvious decision.
